Chicken CS Tips & Strategy

These tips build on our beginner guide.

Aim at head height

Like in most shooters, keeping your crosshair where enemies will appear means less mouse movement when a fight starts.

Keep moving

A standing chicken is an easy target. Strafe with A and D while you shoot, and jump to break an opponent's aim.

Swap instead of reloading

If your main weapon runs empty in close combat, press 2 for the pistol rather than waiting on a reload.

Play vertical

Climbing and flying are your biggest edge. High ground gives you a view of the map and a first shot on players running below.

Use cover

Peek out from walls, shoot, then duck back. You take far less damage than in open ground fights.

In Gun Game, don't get attached

Every kill changes your weapon, so learn the basics of each one rather than mastering a single gun.

Throw grenades at groups

Save the grenade (4) for crowded corners where several chickens are fighting each other.
